We needed a new tankless hot water tank and called Ohio Water Heaters, Tina was EXCELLENT. Lance came out and checked our old tank that we constantly had to reset for hot water. He explained the issue, but stated it would cost as much to fix it as a new one and since it was14 yrs old, we opted for the new YEAH, I have HOT water on demand. We bought there service contract and they have done our house air conditioning for summer and checked our water pressure tank.

Good professional service. After several attempts to coordinate with Columbia Gas, Ohio Water Heaters returned three times to make certain the gas leak was taken care of. The issue was with Columbia Gas service technicians who continued to give contradictory reports regarding the gas leak, yet Ohio Water Heaters worked with them and the tenant at the location to resolve the problem. They did this with no additional fees or costs.

This past Tuesday our air conditioning went out around 3pm. I first called a local company and they told me they wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day and their fee was going to be $140. Then I remembered that we had used Ohio Water Heaters’s when our tankless hot water tank wouldn’t fire up and they were awesome! They corrected the problem and they were very polite and explained everything very well. So I called them for my air conditioning… unlike the other company I called, they were able to get one of their repairmen out the same day. The dude was a rockstar! He had the initial problem fixed in 20 minutes, he then went ahead and inspected everything else on his own. They were very punctual and as their dispatcher had told me… they gave me a call ahead, a text and an email letting me know they were on the way and would arrive in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Terry came to my place today and installed a new bathroom faucet for one that had worn out and wasn’t worth repairing. He was friendly, courteous and very good at the installation and gave me tips about keeping my drain clean. Cost seemed expensive to me, but I am not knowledgeable about plumbing pricing so can’t speak to that issue. I would call Ohio Water Heaters again if needed and ask for Terry.

This company is Awesome! I am a first time home buyer and as soon as we moved into our new home the A/c stopped cooling. I was told by our home Warranty that we had to replace the whole unit. I used Ohio Water Heaters for a lot of reasons but what sold me was the owner of the company. He looks at the reviews and professionally responds to them, especially the few that weren’t so favorable. That meant to me that he takes it seriously and that impressed me. There were over 45 reviews, maybe two or three that were negative and he addressed those concerns to their satisfaction. When I used his service company’s services he followed up with me within an hour after the service was completed. Who does that? They also work with you on the cost of the project, in my case they came in lowest price while not compromising quality of materials or labor. I was so impressed that I am now a member of their 3 x per year check of my furnace, AC now now sump pump. Good job, they get it.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Ohio Water Heaters was our fourth call early on a Monday morning to try and find someone to repair a plumbing leak ASAP. The receptionist was incredibly courteous and efficient -we had the service man here – problem fixed all before Noon! The water heater finally finished its race. I called up CBUS that morning around 9:00a. Spoke to Shelley (who is awesome and super friendly) and explained the situation. She said she would see what she could do and give me a call back. 10-15 minutes later and she did just that. As luck would have it, they had a 12-3p slot that day (!). Yes, please.
Lance showed up on the dot. Awesome. Super cool dude. We talked a while and you could tell this dude not only knew what he was doing, but actually cared about doing it well. It took him about an hour, solo, to replace the old tank. That is amazing.
Paid up, he was out the door. Hot water 30 minutes later. Success.
Awesome work, everyone at CBUS! You all have definitely made the short list.

Amazing experience! A gentleman came out today to give me a free quote. Very honest, very down to earth. Told me that my issue could be easily resolved by me for much less. Was even so honest to tell me that my issue would be better resolved by a different professional than a plumber (issue is the tile, not the plumbing). I am keeping this company on my short list next time I need something done. Despite no work today, I am extremely impressed with my experience. Did not pressure me at all to use their services, just gave me an honest assessment instead. So refreshing. Very impressed.

My furnace suddenly quit working this winter 2018. Ohio Water Heaters was able to come quickly. I decided to get a new furnace because my old furnace was 21 years old already. By the next day they were able to install a new one right away. I upgraded my furnace from a single stage to a 2-stage and also decided to upgrade my thermostat. The total cost was pretty fair and I was happy with the service and price. They also had financing available which was very helpful. I qualified for the 18 months 0% interest which was awesome because I try to avoid paying for interest as much as I can. The serviceman and phone clerk was also very professional and respectful. There was always somebody that answered the phone every time I called. All my issues (new furnace installation, additional questions and requests, financing) was taken care off in 2 days. I am very happy with their service and will use this company again in the future.

During the 2019 polar vortex and temps at -30f, it was not an ideal situation for anyone, specially with the risk of water pipes freezing and it becoming anyone’s worst nightmare. I called Ohio Water Heaters and like most unfortunately, you have low expectations of anyone being able to help quickly and painless. This was beyond great. A quick phone call, pleasant, and clear service got me scheduled within the hour, I started to feel some relief.
